Not necessarily. I would say your x-axis should actually read “meaningful employment”
More generally the X axis could be frustration, the Z axis could be ‘license/tendency/need’ to be preoccupied with frustration; that done the title ‘Frustration & Mind’ for the graph would naturally follow.
