This site is a little project that lets me make fun of some things and sense of others. I use it to think a little more relationally without resorting to doing actual math.

You, too can earn a living with visuals.

Alliteration, to boot.

True competition contains roughly equal parts of victory and defeat.
Nice

but … at the origin, with zero victory and zero defeat. What’s there?

@Benjamin: at the origin is low expectations or goals, so you never really accomplish anything but you have nothing to be sad about either.

Love this graph. Thanks Benjamin for posting on FB.
Here is my theory:
Collaboration is the new competitive advantage.
People and companies that hold on to the 20th Century mindset of “competition” being the way to get ahead - are going to lose in the 21st Century. Those who embrace collaboration - will excel and succeed because they are able to tap into the knowledge and skills of others - while sharing their knowledge and skills. It requires me to think that as your life/business improves so will mine. We will both rise in our quality of life.
This requires that you have an abundance mentality.
20th Century thinking - Fear and scarcity thinking all support competition. It will hold us hostage to the past and divide us from each other.
If we are going to make a better world, we need to embrace collaboration and learn to value diversity and difference.

I like this. Of course, I’m in a category winners like to refer to as “losers.”
