  1. Kevin says:

Uhh, is this a mistake? I feel like Jocks and stats nerds should overlap to form fantasy football.

  2. Tom says:

No, Jocks + Stats Nerds = Commentator.

  3. EmmaNadine says:

No, jocks and stats nerds give you Moneyball. Fantasy football is the jock version of dungeons and dragons.

  4. Keith says:

As an avid D&D player, I see no connection between D&D, fantasy football, and statistics. I can say that in no way is fantasy football a “jock version” of D&D. Kevin makes a very good point, however.

  5. J says:

It should be three circles overlapping: Nerds, Jocks & statistics

    Nerds overlapping statistics = D&D
Jocks overlapping statistics = Sports Commentators
Nerds & Jocks overlapping statistics = Fantasy Football
Nerds overlapping Jocks = Bad yearbook photos

The fantasy football works two ways:
-First, it can serve as the jock version of D&D.
-Second, ther’s the D&Der’s version of fantasy football. Please tell me you’ve seen one of these?:

A dragon, a troll, two elves, and several hobbits on one side… Gandalf, Potter, a vampire, some dwarfs, a unicorn, and I don’t know what else on the other side…
    The Troll takes the snap…

  7. Davy says:

Cool, I didn’t think about it like that. Makes sense, though.
