The title explains it.
A power chair could be a chair belonging to someone powerful or motor powered.

“Rascal” is short for “Rascal Scooter”, a kind of motorized chair.

yeah, if you are forty and own a power chair its an aeron (really fancy office chair). if you’re eighty you’ve got a hover-round…

Very confusing, there is a motorized chair called Aeron too: Permobil C400 Aeron
Never heard about Aeron before, but I am pretty happy with my Kinnarps chair. (A rather expensive brand in Sweden.)
