  1. LOL This is what you learn on CSI.

    or my bedroom

  3. Matt D says:

Ya know, this is a lot less disturbing if you consider that, at least once in your life, every one of us has almost certainly sat, slept, or eaten where someone else has had sex. Ever taken a taxi somewhere? Or used a dressing room?

  4. John says:

or eaten at your parent’s kitchen table?

  5. Chaz says:

It’s not the amount of DNA that’s troubling, it’s the relative freshness and efforts to clean it ;-)

  6. HowardBollixter says:

I have thought I wanted to take a UV light next time I’m in the desert, to look for scorpions, but I don’t know which is worse, actually finding scorpions or being tempted to use the UV while in a motel. Scorpions in a motel, I’m not even gonna consider.

  7. Mike says:

I was in a hotel room and there were spots on the rug by the phone.

  8. Elyse says:

You make it sound like all DNA is a result of having sex. Hair follicles, skin cells, saliva, blood, etc. also contain DNA. Maybe the cheap hotel just never cleans anything?

  9. Andrew P says:

    Ewww!

  10. Laura says:

I think I saw a news report during sweeps week that made it clear that even the most expensive hotels are havens for DNA disasters. Is DNA from the Ritz any less disgusting?
