    Need it be a broken dishwasher? Sounds like a functional dishwasher to me.

    Whenever I visit my grandparents in Indiana their tap water has little floatie things in it, especially if you’re using ice. I think this has to do with their water softener. But it really grosses me out.

  5. Yeah…that sounds more like a little creek people used to cut the bottoms of their feet open in back home…eww.

    I’m pretty sure she meant that if your dishwasher is dysfunctional, your glass (cup) will have little remnants of trash/food/undesirables left in it. And they’ll float when you apply water to the inside of the glass.
