    As an ex-floor trader, your diagram is unfortunately to close to reality. HOWEVER…
    our industry does offer the best form of asset pricing and has never had a blow out while clearing trillions of derivative contracts every year.

    Thus, your ex-pizza delivery person may be a better judge of risk than the insolvent banking system.

    Not to be too pedantic, but the bond traders are doing ok these days, it just depends where you look. The so-called “regional” dealers are doing record business. Now the, i-banking set… they’re in trouble.
