I think that instead of “Irritates Women” it could be “Irritates anyone”

Frank, “douche” is a method that was used to clean a woman’s vagina, which has now been proven to be harmful. The derogatory term “douche” or “douche bag” derives from this. That’s why in the diagram, “douche” becomes a double-entendre when specific to irritating women.

“Il Duce” was indeed irritating and unnecessary and gross, but you could hardly mistake him for a douche bag.

I usually just admire your creativity in getting your thoughts (and those of others) into a diagram. This one, however, was laugh-out-loud funny as well, and oh so true! Definitely one of my top five.
